About Courtney

Courtney Hayes is the energetic, creative powerhouse of KARMA jack. As a Swiss Army Knife, she cut through KJ as a graphic designer, photographer, videographer, copywriter, and dug deeper to became a Creative Lead, which led her into her throne as Creative Director. 

 
Through her dedication and appreciation of brand and pushing the limits, she helped transform the Chevrolet Detroit Grand Prix’s social media and creative production. The updated style and approach has gotten them nearly 20k followers, and nearly 100m views in social reach in a few year span. But the secret weapon isn’t the content she creates, it’s the thought and heart that goes into every decision.
 
But for her, it’s not all work. She’s a Halloween-all-year kind of human who appreciates classic horror movies, SFX blood splatters, and secret hopes to be a Final Girl in some kind of slasher film. She takes that next-level imagination and applies it into every ounce of her work. Her heart? Belongs to Ripley, her trusted and “cuuuute” German Shepherd.
