Helping grow KARMA jack was one of the major accomplishments for Halley. Learning from past experiences, she helped Joel (Founder) build the company with a simple concept in mind: Have people like their jobs and want to grow with the company. One of her proudest moments working at KARMA jack was building the team and watching it continuously expand to the organization it is today.
