About Cole
Cole Bednarski is the Director of Accounts at KARMA jack Digital Marketing Agency, supporting the sales, onboarding, and account management departments. The role involves supporting both the team of digital marketing professionals as well as the clients that we serve in figuring out how to bring additional value and assist them as strategic partners. She is very people-driven and cares about those she works with.
Cole’s path to the digital marketing world was full of twists and turns. She earned a degree in cultural anthropology with a minor in art history, and also has a background in journalism. Post-graduation, she worked in the service industry for a while before running PR for an MMA coaching group in Minneapolis. Her first marketing job was as the Director of Marketing and Events for Arbor Brewing Company’s microbrewery called Corner Brewery. From there, she went on to join the marketing team of e-commerce agency Human Element. After six years there, she embraced the opportunity to spread her wings and grow in the digital marketing space with KARMA jack as our director of accounts.
Cole loves hiking, gardening, and traveling. Her favorite trip of all time was a road trip she took in 2020 along with her son and her husband. They bought an RV (calling it Shadowfax after the forest in Lord of the Rings) and embarked on an epic adventure, visiting over twenty states in the span of a few months.
A quote that Cole finds meaningful (and even has tattooed on her) comes from Liz Lemon in 30 Rock: “All of humankind has one thing in common: the sandwich. I believe that all anyone really wants in this life is to sit in peace and eat a sandwich.”
Cole is excited to have found a home in KARMA jack, and looks forward to growing with intention as our director of accounts. She is focused on continuing to support its people, and foster a culture of development.
