SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Manager
The SEM Manager will report directly to the Director of Operations and is both a tactical and people manager role. The individual team member in this position is responsible for the growth and management of the SEM team, and its services.
Responsibilities Include
- Assist in defining and evolving the standards of Search Engine Marketing services at KARMA jack under the advisement and direction of the company leadership team
- Maintain the standards of all delivered work produced by the SEM team
- Mentor, train and manage small team of SEO specialists and coordinators
- Manage independent contractors and vendors as needed
- Collaborate with Account Management and Strategy teams to own and execute the SEM strategy of key accounts
Experience
The SEM Manager must have 2-4 years of experience in the following practices
- Google Ads management
- Technical and content-based SEO
- Backlinking and off-page SEO
- Team / people management
- Vendor management
Tools
The SEM Manager must have a strong understanding and functional, applicable use of the following tools
- Looker Studio
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Analytics / GA4
- Bigquery
- SEMRush
- Ubersuggest
- Ahrefs
- Moz
- Google Ads
