Digital Marketing Account Manager
KARMA jack is a growth-focused digital marketing company and we are hiring a Digital Marketing Account Manager. We help our clients grow using a variety of digital marketing tools and tactics. We are a full service marketing agency offering our clients google ads, social ads, social content, SEO, email marketing, website development, blog writing, branding, and website management. 95% of what we do is related to getting our customers more customers.

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you will be working with several amazing clients and guiding them through their marketing journey. You will own their growth strategy, seeing their business through their eyes as if you were part of their internal marketing team. You will be their advocate among KARMA jack teams and resources.
Using data driven decision making you will have accountability for driving their results.. Along the way, you will communicate proactively to develop innovative solutions and ultimately reduce client anxiety because they know you have taken ownership and you’ve got it handled! A digital marketing manager is responsible for
- Owning the Client Relationship including excellent proactive communication to deliver 5 star service
- Creating and executing digital marketing strategic plans
- Cross-functional management for digital marketing service deliverables including: Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads/Content/Engagement, Email Marketing, SEO/Blogs, Website performance, and other marketing platforms
- Proactively and thoughtfully identifying and resolving concerns, big or small, swiftly and completely.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed on time or early, adhering to company communication standards
- Analyzing performance of digital marketing services, making recommendations and taking action to improve performance and meeting/exceeding KPIs to help clients grow their businesses and reach their goals.
- Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
- Special Projects
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in account management, client success, or other client facing service roles.
- Extensive Digital Marketing experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience collaborating and communicating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to be effective in remote work via Zoom etc. with internal teammates, stakeholders, clients, etc.
We are a fast-growing digital marketing company based in Detroit, MI. Our team is a tight-knit and diverse crew of weirdos who love what they do. The majority of our work is done remotely, however, we have an awesome office in midtown Detroit that you are welcome to use and may be expected to attend meetings occasionally.
